
The Salcombe Gin Voyager Range grows larger once more with the introduction of Restless, a collaborative expression made with Michelin starred chef Niall Keating. Interestingly, this expression was made with a blood orange kombucha as a liquid botanical! This inclusion has imparted a helping of tangy citrus at its core, which is balanced brilliant by the other supporting botanicals. The distillers recommend serving it in a G&T with a slice of Asian pear.
Creamy vanilla and citrus oil, followed by hints of herbal tea and earthy pear skin.
Oily juniper leading to just a whiff of coastal air, balanced by more orange and lime.
Continued oily juniper notes on the finish.

I bought this for my best friend's 40th, and she insisted we enjoy a G&T together to mark the occasion. It's pricey, but worth it, especially for a special occasion. It has really distinctive taste and smooth finish and the bottle and packaging is beautiful!
