Taking inspiration from an oyster dish served at the Paul Ainsworth At No6 restaurant named A Tale of Porthilly, this expression has been made with milk whey, which is said to mirror the characteristics of the Cornish oyster, alongside a host of Cornish botanicals. An inventive gin with a distinctive flavour profile.
