St. Ives Super Berry Gin

This fruit-tastic cold compound gin from Cornwall includes all kind of varieties of red berries including goji, which has become something of a 'superfood' to create St. Ives Gin Super Berry. There still plenty of classic gin flavours in this bottling, however, as extra juniper was added to make sure the berries aren't overpowering.

This is a summer month gin that should be super in lots of fruity, fun cocktails.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Lots of succulent, sweet red berries are tempered well by the slightly bitter and dry quality of the extra juniper.

Reviews for St. Ives Super Berry Gin
A better example of “flavoured gins”
In an era of misconception regarding gin liqueurs (sugared down lollipop flavoured versions of proper strength gins), and even full strength gins that loose every note of... well... gin, in exchange for rhubarb etc - this gin sets the bar.

All of those classic gin botanicals (juniper, citrus, coriander) are still there very obviously - but then you’re hit with a subtle sweetness (that isn’t sickly at all) which contains a medley of raspberries and candied strawberries. For me, this is a long drink on a summers day rather than my evening martini.
