Excellent Gin

When I first saw celery gin I thought the world had 'gone mad'. I pretended to be looking for 'cabbage gin'. The shop assistant said 'It's no joke', and offered me a sample taste. I had to eat my words. This is an excellent gin with the celery being quite subtle. It's good in a GT with Fever Tree light tonic, a little bit of celery garnish and a shake of black pepper.
