Description

This characterful Belgian gin hails from the family-run Rubbens distillery. A bold core of juniper is supported by botanicals including poppy seeds and iris flowers, resulting in a characterful, softly floral, and delicately spicy sipper. Serve neat over ice, or enjoy this in a classic G&T.

Overall

Oily juniper leads, with elegant notes of floral tea, a touch of drying spice, fragrant petals, and a pinch of pepper.
