If you're a real clever-clogs, then you'll have probably worked out that 'Ginskey' refers to a spirit that resembles a cross between gin and whisky. This intriguing little beauty from Roundhouse Spirits that starts with its signature, small-batch gin, which is distilled from all-natural botanicals, then it's aged in oak casks (y'know, like what folks do with whiskies).
Barrel-aged gins are very much on trend and this fine example is among the more versatile and genuinely delicious. It's even able to substitute in most whiskey-based cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
