This small batch American craft gin is brimming delicate and unconventional botanicals, such as sencha green tea, lavender, hibiscus and chamomile blossoms.
Bitter and sweet notes compete throughout, with the chamomile taking a staring role throughout, but floral lavender and warm juniper give it good company.
