Nose
Piney juniper at the fore, with dark red fruits, namely cherries in support. A very subtle hint of menthol alongside sweet strawberry jam and distinct red wine notes.
Palate
Light on the palate with pronounced, though not overpowering sweet fruit in the form of red grapes, with jammy berry and juniper undertones followed by subtle notes of orange oil.
Finish
A drying tannic finish balancing the lingering syrupy fruit sweetness.
Overall
An undeniably fruity and balanced gin that leaves you wanting more.
