Description

Renais Gin makes use of salvaged grape skins from Burgundy, collected after pressing for wine and distilled to create its base spirit. It's always nice when something that would otherwise go to waste can be put to good use, especially when the outcome is gin! Botanicals include lemon peel, grains of paradise, linden flowers, cubeb berries, rock salt, lime slices, and acacia honey resulting in a softly sweet, zesty, and delicately floral profile.

*UK (excluding Channel Islands) and retail only. Offer from 02 11 2026, while stock lasts.

Overall

Soft notes of citrus zest and crisp juniper are backed by delicate florals and warming spices, with subtle vinous sweetness and pebbly minerality beneath.
