This zesty pink gin from The Real English Drinks Distillery bears the name of its beloved still, Ruby, and suitably features the zingy flavour, and blushing colour of ruby grapefruit! The citrus-forward profile ought to make a fab G&T, garnished with a sprig of rosemary, and we reckon it'll also do well mixed with grapefruit soda, for double tanginess.
Plenty of zest with juicy grapefruit flesh and zingy peels, a touch of bitter juniper pokes through, with sweet citrus oils lingering.
