A cask aged edition of the Rademon Estate Distillery's Shortcross Gin, produced in Northern Ireland! The maturation of the gin has imparted a creaminess to the spirit, blending well with the already-present orange and vanilla elements.

Citrus notes are boosted, as are the vanilla notes. Fresh white fruit and floral blossom develop as the palate goes on.
