Procera Gin Red Dot 70cl

Procera Red Dot Gin is a big and bold Kenyan gin that makes use of Juniperus procera as well as five different African peppers for a richly spiced backbone. This gin was made with mixing in mind, and will shine in gin-based cocktails. The bottle comes with a small jar of ground botanicals that are used in the gin, blended together with some sea salt to use as a garnish.

Top tip: a sprinkle of this salt on a Negroni takes it to another level, and mellows some of the bitterness.
