An intriguing gin made in the south of France, Provence to be precise. It’s named after the legend of the blue octopus and made with botanicals characteristic of the southern French coast – juniper berries, lemon zest, almond, rose petal, and “ultramarine” spices from from the ports of Marseille and Toulon – distilled in a vacuum still.
