This collaborative gin created by the folks behind Portobello Road and drinks wholesalers Hammonds of Knutsford is perfect for anyone who loves gins that strike a great balance between classic juniper bite and fresh fruit juiciness. The gin is distilled (using botanicals from the Portobello Road No. 171 Gin recipe) then allowed to rest over fresh peach and apricot, before being filtered just once, allowing it to keep as much flavour and colour imparted from the fruit as possible.
Fresh juniper pine-y notes, swiftly giving way to vine peach, candied ginger and apple. Black pepper and zesty lemon develop later on.
