A fine addition to the Portabello Gin range, here we have its take on an Old Tom! This classic style of gin, originally popular in the 18th Century, is slightly sweetened, making it an excellent sipper. With a bold ABV of 47.4%, and having spent some time in cask, this really is the cat's whiskers for adding both strength and sweetness to cocktails.
