From Porthilly Spirit comes its Cornish Coastal Gin, distilled using British sugar beet and Cornish spring water. Local Cornish botanicals including samphire, nettle, sea pink flowers, minneola (described as a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit), and Cornish salt, it harnesses flavours of both land and sea!
I bought this bottle of Porthilly gin as a gift, and had it sent to them direct from Master of Malt. They loved it, so House of Malt a great big thankyou. Elaine.
This gin is delightful on its own over ice. It also makes a pretty delicious G&T. Rosemary and a little Blood Orange are the perfect garnish as advised to us when we visited their Distillery Shop in Cornwall over the summer
