Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Juniper forward with some pretty green spices and intermingled coriander, lime and lemon notes.
Palate
Earthier spice, angelica, cardamom and fragrant juniper with a sweet citrus edge (think Starburst/Opal Fruit).
Finish
Fresh coriander and lime rice with a hint of chilli.
