Another release from Poetic License's Rarities range, which showcases a host of wonderful flavour profiles. This time, the team used honey from The Travelling Bee Company, along with heather, to create a delicious, floral, subtly sweet expression. This will be just the ticket for any spring or summer themed cocktails, we'd say.

Bright juniper as it opens, before fresh florals and a hint of honeyed sweetness develops, with crackles of earthy spice lingering in the background. A smidge of citrus tucked away in there, too.
