One of three cask aged expressions from the Poetic License Distillery, released to commemorate its fifth anniversary to honour the distillery's late founder, Mark Hird. This expression is an Old Tom gin, and it was allowed to age in a ruby Port cask for 10 months, imparting oodles of dried fruit notes.
Cherries, almonds, juniper, coriander earthiness and dried cranberries.
