The PitWheel team went and oak aged some of its gin to create this warming expression! featuring the likes of orange and ginger among its botanical selection, this one was also treated to a slumber is oak casks to further develop its flavour profile. Suitable for sipping neat to enjoy the subtly toasty, warming notes, and will do well with adding an extra flavour dimension to your gin cocktails.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Spicy stem ginger and peppery juniper, with orange sweetness mellowing it. Vanilla and a hint of cask char sit underneath.
