
An exciting limited edition expression from the Piston distillery, Douglas Fir Gin was created in a collaboration with Harborne Kitchen in Birmingham. The recipe was inspired by restaurant owner and chef Jamie Desogus, and infuses Piston Dry Gin with Douglas Fir. The result is a fresh, foresty and somewhat wintery spirit, that does well with a slice of pink grapefruit on the side.
Loads of pine, though not overwhelming, juniper and green grassy notes, light citrus and a slight undertone of smoke.

absolutely delicious. Slightly salty almost. Take care to use a natural tonic water that won't interfere with the subtle pine. Just opening the bottle is a delight in itself. Needs to be tried!
