A limited edition bottling of Pinkster Gin, perfect for giving to that special someone on Valentine's Day. Pinkster Gin is made with a small selection of botanicals, including raspberries which are steeped in the spirit.
Nose: Orange peels and angelica, with a subtle whiff of tart raspberries coming through.
Palate: Rounded fruit. A drying touch of pepper. Vanilla bean and coriander.
Finish: Zesty raspberries and a grassy hint of water mint.

It's absolutely fabulous ! Love it . This is my second bottle . I put a few fresh raspberries in the bottom of the gin glass with lots of ice , then the gin , then Fever Tree Elderflower tonic water . Bliss in a glass !
