Pinkster Gin (35cl)
It's Pinkster Gin, but smaller! This is a 35cl bottle of the "Agreeably British Gin", made Stephen Marsh with a selection of botanicals along with raspberries, which are steeped in the gin after distillation (resulting in the pink hue). After being used for the gin, the raspberries go on to become Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam!

Nose
Orange peels and angelica, with a subtle whiff of tart raspberries coming through.
Palate
Rounded fruit. A drying touch of pepper. Vanilla bean and coriander.
Finish
Zesty raspberries and a grassy hint of water mint.
