Description

From Israel's Pelter distillery, the perfect gin for apple lovers! Triple distilled from a base of Pink Lady apples, alongside a host of locally sourced botanicals, this is calling for a combo with some freshly pressed juice, or perhaps a sparkling fruit soda.

Overall

Delicate layers of orchard blossom and subtle hints of sweet apple are backed by notes of savoury herbs, crisp juniper, and rootsy spice.
