Panarea
An refreshingly herbaceous gin made using a combination of juniper, myrtle berries, citrus peels, coriander and more. The name comes from one of the small Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily.
Fennel, fresh basil leaf and oily juniper, joined by a touch of bitter orange.
Come across Panarea Island at Harry’s Dulce vita I’m London. It was the best gin I’ve tried, very smooth and simple! Great combination for a negroni or dry martini
