From the sames folks behind Our/London Vodka comes Our/London Gin! It's distilled and blended in a custom-built Arnold Holstein copper pot still, with a particular focus on minimal waste. Among the botanicals is szechuan pepper, which is macerated for a peppery hit of flavour, before it is bottled at 40.6% ABV. This gin really shines when accompanied by some fresh basil leaves.
Full of bold flavours, with a distinct peppery note, lightened by floral lemon blossom and some sweeter citrus.
Starts off tasting rather bland but the flavour builds to one of the best with the pepper really building on the tongue. Really like this
