Otterbeck Rhubarb & Elderflower Cotton Gin
A lip-smacking offering from Yorkshire's Otterbeck Distillery. This gin is distilled with elderflowers and spruce tips before a gentle infusion of rhubarb takes place. Softly sweet with a delicate floral tang, this will work splendidly served with aromatic tonic water, and a ribbon of cucumber.
