A navy-strength edition of Kirkjuvagr Orkney Gin (or "Storm Strength", as they refer to it as). While the name Arkh-Angell may simply sound rad to you and I, it's actually a reference to the local variety of Norwegian angelica used in the gin's production - Archangelica. It's just simply a coincidence that it sounds rad.
Orange oil, spicy juniper and a hint of sea breeze (not unlike a lightly-peated new make spirit!).
Floral at first, before robust notes of white pepper and menthol arrive.
A light touch of smoked sea salt remains on the finish.

Probably my new favourite. Big, punchy 'storm' strength beast of a gin. Treat with care, the % creeps up on you!
Discovered this by accident on a ferry from Orkney, the guy in the shop said that's really strong be careful, never one to miss a challenge I bought a bottle. Anyway 2 years later I'm still ordering from Master of Malt. All I can tell you is, it's the best I have ever tasted! It doesn't taste strong like some other Gins's do. I have been trying other Gin from this distillery, they're all good but this is outstanding...
One of the tastiest gins on the market.
Stunning..what a lovely sip this in..small amount of tonic , 1 ice cube , marvelous
Superb best gin I have ever had
