Each edition of Origin London Dy Gin is made with juniper from a different location, allowing the discerning gin enthusiast to explore how the juniper's terroir can impact the flavour profile of the spirit. This particular edition was made using juniper grown in Varatec in the north-east of Romania.
These gins are made only using one botanical - juniper. However, each bottle comes with a 10ml vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals which you can add to the bottle to create a more traditional gin.
