The Origin range explore how the terroir (or place of origin) of juniper can make an impact on a gin's flavour profile. Each of them is a single botanical expression, using juniper from different locations around the world - in this instance, the juniper was grown in Pejë, Kosovo.
Every bottle of Origin also comes with a small 10ml vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals which you can add to the bottle to transform it into a more traditional, more rounded gin if you so desire.
A grassy opening, with touches of dill and Kaffir lime leaf. Slightly coconut-y, too.
