A single botanical gin from the Origin range here. In fact, every gin in said range is single botanical, as they are all made only using juniper. However, the juniper from each batch is sourced from a different location, which highlights the variation in flavour that the terroir imparts.
The juniper for this Origin was sourced from Dragash in Kosovo. Every bottle of Origin comes with a 10ml vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals which can be added to the bottle to transform the spirit into a more traditionally-styled gin, should you wish to do so.
Classic pine-y juniper, quite drying. Sweeter hints of lemongrass and brown sugar begins to develop on the mid-palate.
