Explore the terroir of juniper with the Origin range! Each batch is made with juniper sourced from a different location, and only with juniper, to allow gin fans to see difference in flavour profile between them. This one was made using juniper that was grown in Doljani, Croatia.
Every bottle of Origin comes with a 10ml vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals that you can add to the bottle to transform it into a more traditional, more rounded gin, if you desire to do so.
An earthy though fragrant gin, with hints of rosemary on the mid-palate. Subtle red berry notes bring sweetness later on.
