A deliciously citrusy gin from the gang at Old Amersham, distilled with grapefruit, lemon, and thyme! Ideal if you enjoy plenty of zest in your serves, we reckon this will do rather nicely mixed with grapefruit soda, accompanied by a wedge of fresh grapefruit and a sprig of thyme.
