From the heart of Nelson's County (Norfolk), the gin is rested in ex-sherry oak casks, celebrating the maritime legacy and the 'hearts of oak' (ships). Over 12 botanicals are included, such as juniper, orris root, pepper, Norfolk poppy, sweet citrus and honey - to name a few.
Sweet citrus and sweeter honeyed notes, aromatic juniper and hints of spice.
