Northwest Passage Gin

Northwest Passage Expedition Gin was created to help raise money for a historic endeavour - to row the eponymous Northwest Passage, a route through the Arctic that links the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans (which is also helping to raise awareness of climate change ocean conservation through a partnership with Big Blue Ocean Cleanup). The gin itself was made by Orkney Distilling, and it brings together botanicals from Orkney with ones from Canada's Hudson Bay. It's a bit like the aforementioned expedition, but in gin form, and significantly less rowing.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Crisp and bright with citrus and juniper, balanced by a subtle coastal salinity and soft anise.

Reviews for Northwest Passage Expedition Gin
It was delightful and really unique. Is now my gin of choice.
I got given a bottle for xmas. I'm a bit of a gin snob so wasn't sure if I'd like it, given I'd never heard of it. But man was I wrong! It was delightful and really unique. Is now my gin of choice. A hint of saltiness doesn't sound like the kind of think I'd assume would work, but it really does. Unlike any gin I'd ever tried. Very cool story too - supporting a group of adventurers in the Arctic. But I'm in it for the gin first and foremost.

Excellent
Hi my husband Donny received this bottle of gin as a Christmas present from his daughter Claire. He was very impressed. He could taste all the wonderful flavours and throughly enjoyed his favourite tipple . I however appreciated the story behind this gin and the bottle is wonderfully designed . So much so that I have decorated with sparkling lights and will display for all to see. Thanks Jane
