Produced in Northumberland, Alnwick Gin showcases 11 botanicals, some of them locally foraged, with rosehip, rosemary and lavender among them. It's produced in small batches of just 100 litres, presented in a rather eye-catching stoneware bottle complete with pewter label.
Fragrant cardamom leads into floral lavender and rose, with notes of anise and savoury rosemary on a peppery, subtly smoky finish.
Tried with traditional fevertree indian tonic.. Smooth and flavoursome.. No harsh flavours.. Very rounded.. Excellent
