Niemand Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Hanover, Germany, featuring a selection of 10 botanicals at its core - highlights of which include lavender, rosemary and sandalwood. You'll also find a few cheeky hints of ginger and apple tucked away in here too...
Fresh and floral, with evocative airy notes of lavender and green apple leading to an overall sweetness, balanced by sandalwood earthiness.

I had a photo of this in my phone after a very good night at the Oliver Conquest and I couldn't remember why - but reading up on it, it sounded exactly like a gin I would like. I took this on holiday to Italy with me - recommended garnish is rosemary and apple. I had rosemary in the garden but much as I love rosemary in gin I didn't think it worked that well. One of the botanicals is lavender and I had a bush right outside my door and it made quite a difference to the flavour. Absolutely beautiful gin but better with apple and lavender.
