A navy strength edition of NB's award winning no-nonsense London Dry Gin, made with 8 botanicals (juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, grains of paradise, lemon peel, cassia bark, cardamom and orris root) 100 litres at a time in their own 'kinky' still in North Berwick, Scotland.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Juniper and coriander seed lead the way with some herbal, medicinal complexity.
Palate
Big notes of piney, peppery juniper, good mouthfeel, citrus and classic gin botanicals.
Finish
Fairly short with wood spice.
