From the Noble and Unusual Distillery (or NAUD for short) in France comes their very own gin. Soft and delicate, with a decidedly sweet flavour profile.
Hibiscus and citrus sit at the core, with a herbaceous kick of fresh coriander and spicy juniper.
Surprised. Great combination. Bergamot, cardamom, of course juniper,... recommended.
Very, very bland.

Well, I basically taste aniseed with this gin. Cool aniseed like Pernod. Not a warming spiced aniseed like I experienced with Cruxland... It's a marmite gin, imho. Love aniseed? Love this gin. If you don't, you really won't.
I absolutely love this gin and it has made it my list of absolute favourites, in fact I think it is top of that list.
