
Created by legendary chef Marco Pierre White in collaboration with Chris Sadler, Mr White’s London Dry Gin takes a stripped-back, ingredient-first approach to flavour. Distilled with Italian juniper, coriander, cardamom, and orris root for classic depth, the recipe layers in French lavender for a floral lift, fresh lemon peel from Greece, fresh orange peel from Spain, lemon verbena for a herbal edge, and French liquorice root for a gentle earthy sweetness. Copper pot still distillation captures only the heart cut, delivering a gin that’s crisp, elegant, and balanced.
Bold juniper up front, bright citrus oils, and a gentle floral waft from lavender. Hints of herbal verbena and sweet spice beneath.
Clean and assertive juniper leads, followed by juicy lemon and sweet orange zest. Peppery coriander and cardamom warmth build with soft liquorice depth.
