The folks at Mosgaard in Denmark have produced a wonderful cask-aged gin here! Their classic dry gin, with its array of botanicals such as juniper, anise, lemongrass, almonds, cloves, and citrus is matured for eight to nine months in ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting an excellent balance of oaken vanilla character. A characterful sipper, this will mix nicely with ginger ale and should be fantastic for cocktails too!

Crisp juniper and liquorice, with wafts of lemon, orange and sweet, woody vanilla. Gentle caramel combines with cardamom, anise and oak for a sweet and softly spicy finish.
