Avva Blink Scottish Gin Bottling Note

A wonderful Scottish gin from Avva, which has the wonderful butterfly pea in its botanical list. For those of you who are familiar with this fun botanical, you'll know it has colour-changing properties! Hence, the gin is called Blink because it's both blue and pink smushed together, but also because it changes colour in the blink of an eye! So many layers to this name.
