Featuring an altered botanical selection to complement the addition of pineapple (including lime, bergamot orange and lemongrass), this is an incredibly bright expression bursting with character.
Refreshing and tangy with obvious fruit influence. Touches of savoury rosemary and juniper manage to shine through, but the star here is clearly the pineapple.
Our local restaurant, Launays in Edwinstowe, hosted a gin tasting on 27th. Pineapple gin was there, and garnished with pineapple, it was fantastic.
