Hepple Gin is crafted using a rather intricate production method, which includes pot stills, vacuum distillation and a supercritical CO2 extraction process! A base spirit is distilling in a pot still using a selection of botanicals including Italian juniper. More botanicals are vacuum-distilled, including locally picked juniper, Amalfi lemon and lovage. The super-critical CO2 extraction process is used to make a spirit flavoured with Macedonian juniper. These are expertly blended together resulting in this fascinating tipple!

A truly exceptional gin, that really excels in a Martini. The true beauty of the gin is the versatility, as the gin also comes to life in a gin and tonic. With the juniper and other botanicals with the lemon lending themselves to a marvelous, refreshing reward at the end of my day. Looks fantastic, tastes even better. A must have for all gin fans.
I got this initially 3 years ago in Alnmouth Northumberland after trying it in a pub. Since then I have gone through 3 bottles & I save this as best ( I have about 30 gins at home). I think it is outstanding. The botanicals really sing in my mouth. I have it in a small balloon glass, moderate ice, lime & fevertree Mediterranean. Just so moreish. I love the bottle design & stopper. Do not stop making it.
I don't drink gin...... gasp!!! I know. Believe me I've tried over the years and my Dad's blood % was probably 80%gin so the horror is real but a deaf gin loving friend of a mere 15 years sent me this and now...... I LOVE gin...... Hepple gin that is!! It is superb. Buy it. Drink it. Thank me later!!
Bought this whilst in Northumberland as I liked the description. No pre-tasting but it will definitely be added to our favourites list. A lovely fresh taste leaves you wanting more! Refreshingly good.
