This is the ‘Queen’ of gins, say its makers, Gonzalez Byass, who set out to create a gin fit for royalty with MOM Rocks Gin. This London Dry gin is distilled in copper pot stills and made with classic botanicals including juniper, coriander and angelica root. God save the Queen? More like God save the gin.
Fragrant and herbaceous with notes of juniper, coriander and liquorice, lime zest and a pinch of black peppercorn.
