Inspired by the bounty of botanicals growing around Mirabeau's wine estate near Saint Tropez, Mirabeau Rosé Gin features all kinds of fragrant ingredients, including juniper, orris, angelica, coriander, rose petals, bay, thyme, rosemary and the peels and zest of Citron de Menton lemons. The base spirit also have a connection to Mirabeau's wine expertise, as it was made with grapes! A light, drying, subtly herbaceous expression.
Bright floral freshness arrives first, shortly followed by savoury thyme and coriander. Softly spicy juniper mellows the brightness of citrus zest behind the lavender and rose wafts.

Got raved about on TV,, beautiful colour and bottle but taste was very disappointing - very flat and one dimensional, pallatable with lots of tonic.
A beautiful and subtle essence when you first open the bottle . Great gentle flavours , Put the bottle in the fridge or freezer and drink cold , NO ICE , with Fever Tree Tonic and a small slice of Orange == EXCELLENT
