Meyer's second gin is made with Flemish white asparagus, the so called 'white gold from Belgium'. The other botanicals used include juniper, lavender, cardamom, coriander, orris root, rosemary and sage. The producers suggest trying with Schweppes Pink Pepper Tonic for a unique G&T.
