Whole limes, both the fruit and the zest, go into Meyer's Gin Jade, adding lovely citrus notes and a pleasant texture! Serve as you like your gin best, with a whopping wedge of lime to garnish.
Pleasingly balanced, bright, vibrant and fresh, plenty of juniper and botanical spice, zesty with fresh lime peel throughout.
