Here we have an indulgent and fruity gin which includes black cherries to bring a wonderfully rich, ever so slightly sour depth of flavour, countered by sweet gentle vanilla throughout. With a beautiful red/purple hue, this will sit delightfully in a good tonic, garnished with a sprig of something green from the herb garden.
