Mataroa
Mataroa Mediterranean Dry Gin is produced in Greece by a long-running, family-owned distillery. It features a selection of 12 botanicals: juniper, orange, lemon, mandarin, Greek mastic, chamomile, bay leaf, liquorice, angelica, coriander, lavender, and orris. Wonderfully flavoursome and complex, it suits all sorts of classic serves, from Brambles to Martinis.
Bold, oily juniper arrives first, before liquorice and fresh citrus notes. Soon enough, mint leaf and an almost smoky hint of peppercorn develop.
